Andy Kitzrow
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Andy Kitzrow serves as Catena FC’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, helping connect the club’s long-term vision with the communities, institutions, and organizations that shape the Eastern Shore.
Currently the Town Manager for Easton, Maryland, and formerly the City Administrator for the City of Salisbury, Andy brings nearly two decades of local government experience, including seven years in executive leadership roles. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his background spans municipal operations, tourism promotion, economic development, and community engagement.
Throughout his career, Andy has played a key role in initiatives designed to strengthen regional identity and quality of life, including the creation of Salisbury’s Arts, Business, and Culture Department, the launch of youth community centers, and the securing of more than $25 million in state and federal grant funding.
At Catena FC, Andy works closely with local government leaders, tourism boards, educational institutions, and civic organizations to help position the club as a long-term asset for the region. Deeply connected to the Eastern Shore’s soccer and recreation community, he supports the club’s efforts to build meaningful partnerships that extend beyond matchday and into the broader fabric of the community.
